This is a beautiful modern house divided into two independent floors.

Tucked between the mountains and the sea in the quiet village of Busot. 15 minutes by car, you will find the "San Juan", "El Campello" and "Santa Paula" sandy beaches as well as the vibrant city of Alicante. The airport of Elche is half an hour's drive away and there is very easy access by motorway.

The house produces an average of 60 kw of energy per day, enough to keep the house cool in summer and warm in the winter. In addition, rain water and waste water filtered through a natural process for the irrigation of the garden.
