Kees Jan has long been familiar with recreational real estate in Europe and Switzerland in particular. From his marketing & sales background at various Swiss companies, including the Swiss Nestlé, the step to international Swiss real estate was quickly made. This choice was made in particular on the basis of his fascination for this relatively small country and the prominent role it nevertheless plays in several areas in the world.
