Project Manager New Luxury Homes
After completing my studies, I entered a traineeship where I was immersed in different management perspectives. After the traineeship, I further developed my commercial skills in an inside sales department. In this role I learned to switch quickly, translate customer needs into solutions and grew my understanding of sales processes. This experience proved to be a great stepping stone to my next challenge: the world of real estate.
The past four years I enjoyed working in new construction, where in a commercial role I could perfectly combine my love for customer-oriented work, project-based thinking and building housing solutions.
In my role as Project Manager, I am responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing process of new construction projects. I work closely with developers, brokers and external partners to develop the right strategies and ensure that sales run smoothly from concept to completion. I enjoy getting to grips with various issues, working with people and achieving results. Whether in commerce, real estate or project development: I believe in an open mind, curiosity and a bit of guts.
