After studying Architecture, Jaap gained valuable experience in the real estate sector at various project developers. At DWE Nieuwbouw Makelaars, he focuses on project management and is the point of contact for the sales strategy of housing projects throughout the western Netherlands.
His work begins with formulating a suitable housing product for the intended target group(s), based on data and market research. Based on this, he formulates a substantiated price recommendation and develops a well thought-out marketing and communication strategy.
The ultimate goal? An optimal return for both the client and the residential consumer.
